Zooom/2 is very easy to use - you only need to know two key combinations and you're fully trained!
Movement : Left Shift + Command ( ⇧ + ⌘ )
The Left Shift and Command key are used to initiate a 'window move / drag' command. Hold down these two modifier keys and then you can drag any window around your desktop, by clicking ANYWHERE in that window!

Resize : Left Shift + Alt ( ⇧ + ⌥ )
The Left Shift and Alt key combination is used to control the 'window resize' command. Windows can be resized simply by holding down this key combination, clicking and then dragging the mouse.

Auto Zoom : Double-Click!
With either of the keyboard combinations below - you can double click the mouse to affect a 'window zoom' operation. This is really great, try it out! It's much much easier than finding the little green dot to maximise and minimize the window.
