Start at Logon
Check this option to have Zooom/2 start automatically when you log in every time. Checking this option simply causes a LoginItem to be written into your user preferences.

This LoginItem is user specific, and each user must set this individually.

You can confirm that a login item has been added to your preferences by viewing the Accounts Preference pane in system preferences, and then selecting the 'Login Items' tab - an example is shown below.

Show information overlay
This option allows you to show either a small semi-transparent window next to the mouse cursor that contains the current action related to the shortcut key or a larger semi-transparent window situated in the center lower portion of the display.

Show application icon in dock
Zooom/2 can run as a normal Application, or you can choose to hide its Dock icon by checking this option box. When checking this option, you will need at least administrator rights, and Zooom/2 will need to be restarted (it prompts you for all this stuff anyway).

Show menu in status-bar
Zooom/2 can show a status bar menu, when the 'Show Zooom/2 status in status bar' menu item is checked.

This serves the purpose of letting you know immediately that it's running, and also allows you to easily quit the application. The status bar shows up as a small 'Z' in the menu bar at the top of your screen, as shown below.
